Women are intuitively always in communion with Spirit. Rather what she needs is to drop deep down into her body and unpeel all the layers that have been stuck, layered on top of each other from the years of shoving down emotions, numbing out, not allowing herself to receive and so much more.
By dropping down into the root and rolling around in the rich fertilizer of our own inner shit, an alchemist is born. We don’t need to go upwards. Women already are close to God inherently.
You need to descend down and feel, you need to touch the intensity of your rage, the tenderness of your grief, the juiciness of your eros.
This is how we live in ancestral embodiment. This is how we honor the ones who came before. By being in relationship with these sensations because they are the threads that weave our humanity together.

Our ability to feel is the thread that connects us to the Earth, to our Ancestors, and to humanity itself. We can express rage that mimics the Earth’s volcanos exploding lava. We can grieve and cry and wailtears as salty as the ocean.
When we descend into our humanity we drop deeper into our embodiment. Our primal body comes online, our sensuality becomes a second skin that moves and breathes with fluidity. Our Eros becomes more potent and beacons us into a life that can only be envisioned in our wildest wettest dreams.
